Transfer Out OPC QLD TITLE FEE

Hi there,
Can someone tell me what this fee would be for? It came out of my account 11 days after settlement and was for $977.70 for a Qld property bought for $392,000 late last year.

My accountant doesn't seem too sure as it was separate to settlement fees charged by the solicitor and he says it seems quite a large fee.

Any ideas.

Title transfer fee I worked it out at 774 but they may have marked it up.

Could be for discharge and regstration of mortgage also.
