Trump's Take On Financial Woes

I think he's quite intimidating.

Sue, call me crazy but I think it can be healthy to spend time with people who intimidate you... to figure out why and maybe help you grow.

If he had the same personality but was just some guy of the street with $8.12 in net worth, would he still be as intimidating?

He does have a net worth of 8.12

Not sure if you're joking or not, but he has a lot more than eight dollars and twelve cents.

I notice how you chose to quote me on that line but didn't bother with what I previously posted on Trump...

I doubt his net worth would be over 200 million US.

I rarely make general observations but anyone who takes advice from someone like Donald Trump is a fool.

Keep in mind, you are talking about someone who has had to bankrupt his casinos and resorts 3 times in less than 20 years, and each time retail investors got burnt.

The only difference between Trump and an average dodgy gold coast developer is more idiots believe Trump.

But don't take my word for it, lets see what Warren Buffet has to say:

Where did Donald Trump go wrong? The big problem with Donald Trump was he never went right. He basically overpaid for properties, but he got people to lend him the money. He was terrific at borrowing money. If you look at his assets, and what he paid for them, and what he borrowed to get them, there was never any real equity there. He owes, perhaps, $3.5 billion now, and, if you had to pick a figure as to the value of the assets, it might be more like $2.5 billion. He’s a billion in the hole, which is a lot better than being $100 in the hole because if you’re $100 in the hole, they come and take the TV set. If you’re a billion in the hole, they say “hang in there Donald.”
