It?s time for our next Brisbane Property Group meeting, on Tuesday 27 May 2014; for those of you who are new to the group, we?re a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend.
We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years ? and of course, every level in between.

This Month
We?ve had so much great feedback on the Real Deals in past events, that we?ve decided to do a double act this month ? we?re going to have TWO Real Deals!
Our first Real Deal is from long time member Brendan Browne.
Brendan has been working on his first development over the past couple of years and he will be sharing his latest project ? a 1 into 4 development in Tingalpa. Brendan had a stack of twists and turns in this deal and managed to come out the other side with a great outcome? but it was not without a few challenges!
Brendan will be spilling the beans on his lessons learned during this insightful project. If you?re into property development or wanting to get started, this is one presentation you must see!
Our second Real Deal is from Dao Yang.
Dao has an awesome positive cash-flow / student accommodation deal to share with us, located in Coopers Plains. This is one of those deals we would all love to find, but only read about ? and Dao is going to share all the details with us!
If you love positive cash-flow deals, this is one not to be missed!
