A friend of mine wnat to buy his firts home and asks my advice on the property. Although I have got a couple of IPs but I always used your advice and expertise on buying them. Could you please help me with this one too, and give give advice on whether this property is OK for a first home buyer or not?:
1. It is a brand new unit in Trugunina, a new state beside Laverton, 3BD, 2 Bathroom.
2. It is close to Sayers RD and jsut 20 minutes to the CBD.
3. The garage is too small and hardly the car goes in and out.
4. The unit is rectangular and a long hallway from the front door up to the back and bedrooms on the sides.
5. The land size is 300SQ and teh asking price is $249K.
6. It is 6-8 K from the Port Philip prison in Laverton North.
7. It is in the still developing arae and a lot of house are being built.
