I am near settlement for an off-the-plan purchase for an apartment in Melbourne and am seeking urgent legal advice regarding my contract of sale.
I have just received advise from my Sydney solicitor that they cannot help me because the contract of sale is under Victoria's jurisdiction.
Can anyone recommend me a reputable solicitor firm in Melbourne, who specialises in off-the-plan purchases? I'm looking at delaying my settlement for the timebeing because of an "overpriced" contract of sale.
