Valuation of IPs

Hi guys,

I'm curious as to how everyone obtains an up to date valuation of their IPs.
For me I only have a rough idea, generally finding out at the time of purchasing a new property and my lender getting a valuation to make sure there is enough equity.

Otherwise using commbank, they have their new account 'My Wealth' that generates an estimated valuation with 'low confidence' using RP Data.

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!

I look at homes on website similar to mine in same suburb this gives me an average guide price just to know where I am at.
