Hi, I am planning to sell my IP. Before contacting the agent, I am planning to engage a valuer. Does anyone have any recommendation of valuer in Brisbane? I am planning to use http://www.lewisproperty.com.au/

Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you know how much should I expect to be charged to get a valuation? The quotes I have been getting ranges from $250-1000.
