Vendor financing via PM???

Hi All,

Last night I received a private message from a forum member offering a Melbourne unit for sale with vendor finance. As far as I can tell this member only joined the forum yesterday, and has zero posts.

What's the deal? Did anyone else receive a PM like that? I'm pretty sure I haven't posted anything saying I was in need of vendor financing, so why me? Maybe I'm just lucky

The reason for the post was not to have a whine, it was because I don't really appreciate spam, so I wanted to see if anyone else received the same pm. If so then maybe the mods could do something about it.
