Wa land tax

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find where I can get the unimproved land value of my properties?

The quickest place to get it is on your rates notice. Your rates is based on your unimproved land value.

Your rates notice "might" give you a guide but isnt necessarily identical to the land tax unimproved value. Some states use smoothing that applies to rates or land tax or both and sometimes the formula varies. Its usually quite close. Sometimes there can be freeze on rates etc. Or the valuation is capped in its allowed increase or its averaged etc.

You can always call your OSR as they have direct acess to the land valuation records and are happy to share this with the land owner if they are reg for land tax - In my experience in NSW & Vic this is the case.

Rates in Wa are based on rentable value, not land value, so rates notice won't provide any info. Don't know how they value vacant land rates.
I guess you'd work out direct comparison of sales of vacant land to get land tax figure?
