Wagga - Pest and Building

Hi all,

After lots of to-ing and fro-ing, we've just had an offer accepted on a property in Wagga (subject to pest and building) and will need to organise pest and building inspections next week. Can anyone recommend a company they have used in Wagga?

Also we will be doing a quick reno on it, so the contact details of any reliable trades would be awesome!! - This is our first reno on an IP and we live a good few hours away so it might get interesting

Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Wagga Wagga has abundance of good and bad tradies.... any trade in particualr you wanted to start with?
