860k, Previous owner bought for 42k 20 years ago.

hows that for CG!!!

doubt any 3 bed terraces in redfern will go for $860k nowadays.

Had a quick look on re.com.au and if you're looking at the one I think you're looking at, all I can say is good luck :)

Guess a bit of warning, don't give too much info out about properties you're looking at buying. Someone could pop in now with a higher offer than yours!

Saiman, She is not on the market, picked it up prior to being listed. signed sealed and delivered. When i say 3 bedroom, i use the term loosely, one main and 2 half bedrooms :eek:


No parking either, Certainly no steal, but im glad to get in.

DT, Reno-ed last time i reckon in the 70's. So substantial works need doing, lucky im a chippy, 7 days a week work for me from now on. :eek:
