What do you think of NEW apartments at Milson's Point?

Seen some new studios and one bedders for sale, from 410K...

They do sound a bit dear...but what do you think? still good investment?

To me, one thing for sure is whichever one I can potentially afford WILL have to have parking.

it's NORTH at Milson's Point. I went in the afvo, and none of the studio+ one bedders has parking....and not cheap.... And most of them facing the railway and freeway...yeah, not that good i think...
