What is Land Titles Office charge?

I was just going through my home loan statement online and there are 2 charges a coudple of days apart

Land Titles Office charge $928.00
Land Titles Office charge $5,696.00

Amount of my house is $249500 and it's got me a little baffled
can someone please help me in advising what i've just paid for?
