Have anyone used the above project marketing company?

I've only seen 1 bad press on this company. What do people think?

The project marketing firm is called 'Which Property?'. They based in Brisbane. They got a site here

I take it not many have heard of them.

I'm with Twobob, why do you need this co. to help you find a property? Are you not confident in your own research?

Remember, a lot of these co's (I don't know this one specifically) have deals with developers to sell their projects - which is why they're always new properties and units. You may also be paying more than comparable sales elsewhere because if they offer you a no fee service, they will obviously be getting a nice commission from the developer who may need to build that into the sale price.

Why would you do that ?

Why would you deal with this outfit ? ...or any other like them ? Please .... for your own sake... read some books BEFORE you part with your bucks.
