Who pays?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody would know whether in a townhouse complex the owner or the Body Corporate/Strata pay for antena repairs.

My application for repairs has been knocked back by the Executive. In a strange twist on this one of the Executive has had an antena repair costing $600 less than a year ago, documented in accounts.

There has been no documentation regarding a change of attitude, and it seams to me to be unfair if not illegal.

Any help regarding a course of action would be appreciated.

If, as I'd guess everyone's wired to the same antenna, then strata pays for repairs.

If you're the only person wired to it, the bill's yours too.

Go to the annual meeting and get onto the exuctive committee. Then authroise the repair yourself.
