Wodonga - unique property

Hi All,

First time IP purchase, looking at CF property as my employment situation will be changing in the next few months.

I've come across a "unique" property in Wodonga - a house that has been converted into 2. 2 separate leases, 2 separate electricity, 2 separate entrances and court yards.

Would love to hear everyones thoughts good and bad.

Sounds as though it is not council approved: "teenager retreat" is usually the give-away.

The lack of approval means council could order the second occupancy be removed to your expense. Could also be problems with insurance.
