A little bit of a curve ball here but looking on behalf of the tenants in a current property who will be leaving mid-December. They've been in the current property for over 12 months.
Due to a change in the property owner's circumstances, the tenants' lease has only been extended to December but wish to remain in the area.
They are good tenants doing a job of national importance (so I have no problem recommending them as tenants/if I told you what they do, I'd have to kill you ). Due to their jobs they do not spend much time in Sydney but are required to have a residence.
The dilemma - can anyone assist with a good 2 bedroom/1bath/parking unit (the trade off, the property management)
