Now i know why some forumites labelled them "Worstpac"

A friend of mine with pre approval waiting to get his loan get fully approved..submitted on the 02/02/08...still waiting --according to the lender they just dont have enough staff to look at his file...

loan is just under a 1M and they already have another investment loan with them around 500k

now the vendor and agent getting snappy at my mate because of the delay

settlemet is not till April but finance clause expired 2 weeks ago...

Hiya

We Slack residential have implemented a new Work Flow system called Pronto.

Pre testing showed it was working ok..........we were one of the guinea pigs.

Full scale implementation and an inlfux of new ledning means we are getting 72 to 96 hr approvals whereas 24 to 48 is normalish.

Id suggest your friend lean on the bank a bit harder or simply apply with a new lender that can turn it around quickly.
