Would any body corp fee be applicable here?

Would either of these attract body corp fees?

I'd assum BOTH. They both are unit 4 in the development - so there are at least that many at each address.

You might have no BC fees in a 2 unit development.

edit: There really is nothing to be fearful of with BC fees. Yoy pay monthly on a unit or on a house as things arise - same $s pretty much at the end of the day.
