this month they managed to pay me my rent on time!
Keys and tenant,
PM had a few tenants lined up the look at the house, couldnt find the keys because we were still living there (with the keys) and this was about a week before the the property was avaible for rent, so they didnt bother to call to find out the story.... End result didnt get a tenant for a week and a half later after we moved out (not a biggie, but unprofessional)
Rent money
1st time a week late, lost my bank details, didnt bother to call me and get them, just waited till i chased them up.
2nd time 2 weeks late, had a pest inspection done (which i called the PM and said that i will pay it out of my pocket not the rent) then the PM called me up asking if i payed the pest company, which i had. I think that they were holding out on me, they say computer problems, BS.
But any how this month went by with out me having to call the PM and get them to do the job im paying him to do.
