I did my Practical Inspection at 7:30 this morning!!
Besides a few paint touch ups and extra cleaning there was nothing major.
I should be picking up the keys late this week at handover/final inspection.

Are those marble floors?
I got out the plans and it looks like the pantry is 1100mm and the fridge is 947mm. I've attached a close up with all the measurements for you. Note this was before the 900mm oven was proposed in so there were some changes at the oven end to make it fit.
They are 600 x 600 porcelain tiles with a bit of a marble pattern on them. I think they look great.
Love that kitchen, so shiny, sleek, and modern.
Is the rangehood intentionally covered with overhead cupboard?

Being able to see the rangehood workings is a ****up of mine. I should have made those doors solid or more opaque so you can't see it. Oh well I'm sure it will be ok.
I'll have more photos next week when the professional photographer comes and shoots all 4 houses.
The photographer came today to take photos for the rental listings. By some miracle the sun came out for 5 mins so he got some good external shots.

Any reason you didn't try selling during the build? I always live to knock one to cover most of the build cost.
