The issue I had with it was the main road. Zoo and church I can handle.
On the plus side, it's a big block of land.

I lived across the road from a church for about 8yrs.
Admittedly it was a smaller church, but the fact still remained that getting out of your driveway was near impossible on a Sunday morning as the cars lined the streets and you couldn’t see the oncoming traffic! They also had the youth group nights where they would be outside playing in the grounds of the church until midnight or so sometimes.
But to be honest, if I had to choose I'd go the church. The smell of the zoo and the noise isn’t something that happens once or twice a week.
