Can someone assist in telling me if these look like serious water damage or just ventilation issues - my PM just forwarded me these pics?

The first three pics look like ventilation issues, the forth could be a roof leak, and the fifth is structual movement, IMHO

I'd bet money on the fact that all those mould patterns look like ventilation issues to me. Also notice the clean "ring" around the light? The light gives off heat which stops the mould from forming too close.

Agree with battler that the crack is structural movement, but it does not look too serious to me.
