hey everyone Just wondering if you think it is still worth investing in Melton ? We were so close about a year ago to buy there but decided on a 2BR unit in Ashfield, NSW. Are there still bargains around Melton or have we missed the boat ?

$100 per month for 3mx3m is a total bargain . Any decent secure storage facility in Sydney will cost you at least $250 per month for that size space.

Looking at a particular 2BR unit and it has no built in robes, Would they be a good investment to get some installed ? I know when I am looking at places that is one thing I notice instantly if it has/hasn't BIR's.....
