Hi There, Can anyone tell me about a S149 Planning Certificate. How do I go about getting one? What information will it provide me with? Help I am drowning in things I cannot understand:confused:

the property is valued at $1.6 million without the subdivision, it currently sits on over 6000m2 and is only a 5 minute walk to the town.

We want to sell it to a developer or someone who can see the value in the land. I think that is what we will end up doing, just putting it on the open market. Seems the best and easiest way to go. Thank you :)
