To get the apartment transferred into her name does she have to pay Stamp duty... ? Or is there some small title transfer fee that she pays ?

SVR : 5.4%
2yr fixed :4.79%
Benefits of SVR is I have an offset which ATM has 50k.
I'm Planning to buy another property soon so I won't need an offset .

I have emailed her asking for the strata agreement , as well as if the other property's had their fences coved under strata . Will keep you posted

She is looking after the strata management at this point in time while the transition period goes over to a new strata company as the old one was...
The one on the will wont be able to produce the money for the property . However the son I think is going to get the loan , I'm not sure how that is going to work

Is there anything that can take out the stamp duty fee for a smaller transfer fee ect... To one of the family members names ..

ok so I wont save intrest , however if I pull it out and put it in my offset and then I wont lose out , then use it when im ready , effectively it will help me for a deposit
