    Bosch Vs Smeg vs Miele

Have a miele dishwasher. It's useless. Can't wash more than two full size dinner plates at a time as the rotating arm gets stuck on the plates. So the miele dishwasher is fine so long as you don't want to wash dishes.

Bank will often allow vendor to sell and take balance as a personal debt. If the vendor is in that bad shape it's a good move to extract as much money back as fast as possible.

It's market noise. There is no resolution to Europe. This isn't over yet. Platts is saying iron ore could drop to 105 USD below the theorectical floor of 120. Currently on 115 at 2009 levels.

    Suing for Unjust Enrichment?

All cases are messy. That's the nature of law suits (and humans). As in a dog with fleas eg not very good. If the best you can come up with is an action in equity generally speaking you are grasping at straws. Your mileage may vary.

Has anyone really experienced a family-friendly workplace?

From the other perspective people who work 4 days a week often expect to work 4 days a week when everyone around them are really working 7 days a week. The part timers are never there at 2am to pick up the pieces when it all goes to ****. They knock off at 6pm even on their "on" days. And...

    Suing for Unjust Enrichment?

If the only cause of action is unjust enrichment it is a dog of a case ( unless you have done something really dumb). Your lawyer should be asking for security for costs straight off the bat. And get your lease contract cleaned up its not good enough.

For inner city high-rise residential owner-occupiers

Far too crass for my tastes. I don't think the owners in higher end buildings would go for it. They are more interested in what art will hang in the walls Ok in mid range I'm sure.

    humorous surnames

Daisy Bell A pretty blonde at high school but not so smart. I am not so sure about cause and effect with this one. My last name is pronounced as an adjective. It made for most unsuitable hyphenated names when I dated girls whose last names were nouns.
