Hi, I did a lot of shopping around , and found Perth to be the centre of the PLUS, Plus, Plus fee structure, so I use Elders Rockingham for my IP's in Port Kennedy, it is a flat 10% inc GST and 1 weeks rent for new tenants. get good service and a good (for Perth) price

non beachside Warnbro you will still get a 3 x 2 around $300, good recent growth but yield is about 5% I have 2 in beach side port Kennedy, and get high 6% yields ( 4 x 2's are about $350K)and think the ripple effect is rolling towards Pt Kennedy so looking forward to some capital growth soon
