I have a PM in Salisbury area. She is my 3rd PM and have been with us for 3 yrs now.
From my previous experience I needed to keep tracing my pm for adverting property, call them get applicants info, when tenants moved out $ inspections ect. Anyway no communication, always left a message, no email reply. Since I have had the new pm I found most of time these things had been well organized. For example my property was due to vacant in Feb, I called her in December only to find out that she had ads planed on web in Jan, on that exact day I checked and it Was there. She called me about the suitable tenants & why(you may say that is her job but to me it is a LUXURY never had before).
Second, always accessible either by phone or email.
Last , she dealt my nonpayment tenant to insurance claim efficiently and no hassle to me at all.
