Thanks to all involved for bringing this forum to us. End of an era indeed. I have not read the previous 10 pages but how will the new site sustain itself financially? or will it end up having the same fate as this one?

My $25k novated leased vehicle cost me $1000 a month for five years, therefore I paid $60k plus residual $9k for a $25k vehicle over five years. Even a personal loan would have been far better off imo, never again.

Yes Kings Park is as bad as, if not worse, than St Albans next door. Kealba is completely different and has nothing to do with those two suburbs. Kealba is near Keilor village and Taylors Lakes and both rate pretty highly in my book.

Kealba is as much outer west as Blackburn is outer east.

So how do people do it if they are buying a property at auction? There is always a chance they will miss out on the property after they get a B&P done.

Took me 28 minutes going to work (at Crown also when i was there) from my door step to the Crown Carpark, left my place at 8.30 got to work at 9.00ish. Deer Park bypass FTW!

I also live in Caroline Springs and agree with everything KoopaTroopa mentions. It's a great place to live and has absolutely everything a a family could need at their doorstep. Don't imagine you would ever regret moving in to CS.

The land itself is only 340sqm, so definitely no car space possible. Not good enough for 3 mil imo.

Werribee will always be worth more than Norlane/Corio, it's the pick of the bargains in Melbourne imo.
