    Sunnybank town house QLD

    I am looking at a TH in sunny bank. It gives a return of 5.4 percent after BC. Net return after BC , rates and water is around 4.8 percent. Built around 1998. Any comments from the experts out here as to whether it is a good buy for long term.cheers
