    Where to buy in Perth?

You would need to get the bulldozer in for that! http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-wa-spearwood-119718347 For sale by owner, from what I can see it's just outside the R40 zoning, and is R20. Nice piece of land, average house, being sold by the owner. Amazes me the size of the...

    Where to buy in Perth?

    Where to buy in Perth?

Absolutley. I'm just lucky that I have a posting beyond a couple of years. I'll keep this thread updated as I go through the process. From the sums I've done I could buy up to 430 k pretty comfortably, this would lead to looking at houses about 450 k max. I would be able to service the...

    Where to buy in Perth?

No to consumer debt. Some of the places I've seen around the 400 to 440 price range are pretty good. I've also seen some good two room appartments with yards. I am flexible with requirements! We are in Spearwood at the moment for 500 per fortnight. If I don't buy while deployed I pay tax...

    Where to buy in Perth?

Hey mate, I have about 15k in savings, but last year I paid off 20k in consumer debt. We have been hampered by partner studying full time and working part time. The yard requirement isn't massive, just a yard for the girls to go to the toilet in. We are on 300 sqm atm no issue. The rest of...

    Where to buy in Perth?
