Just wondering when everyone started to buy IP

I bought my first one about 18 years old with my dad half share.

When I think of that I think I should have a dozen IPs but we have lived life while investing so it tends to be something running in the background, rather than something we pursue relentlessly.

Sold it some years later, bought land, sold land, bought shares, sold shares (sometimes to buy property) so as you can see I didn't start learning about Investing until *much* later

24...I started way too late.... , at just 22, I would have bought just prior to the 2003 boom...

I was 24 when I bought my first IP but regreatably sold it 4 years later just before the boom

Our PROR was when my wife was 21 and i was at school (15 )

I find taht since we started with IP (Nov 06) that I want to just buy and buy , finding it hard to restrain myself and sit back for a year til we even think about buying another , boy it's going to be a long year
