Hey all I'm from wa and am currently about to purchase an apartment. I'm using my first home buyers so I'm a aware that I will receive $7000. I've had to use 2 different brokers as my first one fell through but my second has succeeded. Thing is the first broker told me that I would receive and extra $2000 rebate for something but I forgot what it may be for. I need to know so I can ask the new broker about it!
Could anyone on here please help me if they know about the $ 2000 rebate and what it is for?
