Opinions please
Do you consider a one bedroom unit on the 2nd level in a block of 12 units to be worth 240K it will be completed in 12 months
It is in Sands St, It has 2 balconies and internal area of 72 Sqm

It is right in the heart of Tweed

Not specifically familiar with Tweed heads, but I am familiar with the region.

Difficult to say without knowing more.

But a couple of questions that are obvious are:

- what will this unit have views of?

- will the views be built out? (it is only on the second floor)

- Other questions re: quality of the builder, expected rents, expected body coporate fees, etc
