85% LVR without LMI possible ??

Hi,

Here is one question, at current lending environment, is 85% LVR without LMI possible ? it is for the refinance.

If it is possible, what sort of interest rate will it likely be ?

I am thinking to refinance one of our properties, but not sure if it will be worth it.

There are a couple that will allow it for purchases but not refinances.

However the ING backed loans have something similar not LMI but another fee which is much cheaper so that may be an option.

85% LVR No LMI is available refinance- but dollar to dollar refinance only- no cash out or debt consolidation + no missed payments in the last 6 month on your current loans.

Rate as of today: 5.24% Variable. Or 4.99% Fixed.
