Just found out today that a reasonable tax refund from over 4 years ago had landed in my entity's bank account because it had become "stale" after being sent to a post box purportedly addressed to his business. How can that be good for business if he keeps changing his contact information / addresses ( filts from one state to another, and one suburb to another in the same state) . Also original records of mine had been mislaid and never returned). He really does need to keep his house in order if this is happening.
My recommendation is Paul Gerrard at Price Financial. His email is: [email protected].
Interesting comments about how good some of these accountants are, my past experience was how could someone not see that I was entitled to a $5k refund ( pointed the error out before I signed the papers and sure enough had I not done so, but relied on his reputation as being thorough , I would have been $5k poorer - and his fee was quite expensive to boot.
Never had the chance for face to face but he took offence at me querying another entity's tax return, not understanding that I was concerned there may have been another omission. He believed his wealth of experience negated any need for any queries, even after the $5k error. (How he can be in business amazes me as his client skills were quite poor - eating an apple while talking to me.)

Anyways that my experience, do your research and get personal referrals if you have anything beyond the straightforward returns.
