I'm currently doing some research in this area and wonder what your thoughts are about the above suburbs?
Also local people of the area could you pls confirm that the inner suburbs near the city don't have much excess land releases? is that correct as I don't want to buy around Harristown or near by suburbs if their will be competition from land releases.
lastly what about north Toowoomba I have been hearing that it is going ahead can you tell me what this suburb is like? does it have releases of land.
