Seems that there is a Special offer from AFG until the end of this month, August. No LMI Premiums apparently for lends upto 90%

Can anyone confirm?

quite a few of the mortgage managers are selling a wholesale product where they will cover up to I recall 4.5 of the premium.

It's ING money but with Reduced Equity Fee (REF) instead of LMI for approved applicants that meet the lenders REF policy.
