(Building) Land is scarce. Lots of restrictions on where you can build and what you can build.
From what I know, the whole city is basically split into 4 sections. 2 are ghetto, 1 super expensive and the other is where your non-centrelink or minted citizens live.
Mate made quite a bit up there last few years, she has since sold up.

Yes there are a few high yield properties for sale in this area.
What do ppl think of the potential for growth?
There is a new development in town as you come in from the airport.
Block prices are reasonable however building costs not so.
The yields seem high, however prices seem to be dropping. From what Ive heard there's a lot less government workers here and tourism is slower.
