I think it would be a good idea if some of the members here created a properly formed investment property syndicate. Even say 20 members at an investment of $20,000 each can create a quite a good portfolio and achieve excellent buying power that would benefit all. Would anyone be interested or have any thoughts on the amount of ownership or minimum investment.
