I've been looking through the archives for a way to use the equity in one of my ip's to pay down the debt in my PPOR. Short of selling it, selling it to a trust are there any other ways to do this. I'm not interested in buying at the momment as im busy doing renos, and as I have 200k plus in this property i hate the thought of paying interest on my ppor with this sought of money hidden away.
does anyone have any ideas pls?
