I love this forum, I've learnt heaps from reading through past posts. But looking through the past posts on flipping I'm still not sure as to what kind of potential there is in the technique.
Is anyone up for the challenge of giving an actual example of a flip that they've done? What kind of money was involved and made, and how they did it? CGT, income tax, stamp duty issues?
I'm speaking as a newbie looking for relatively quick ways to build up equity. Once I have the equity I can use it as a deposit for buy-and-hold properties.
TW? Robert Forward? I know you guys have both done flips. Anyone else?
