Annoying teaser ad??

Hi all, I just came across this ad while trawling re.com.au. Now is this just one of those ads where you ring up and they say sorry that one's gone but I've got another more expensive one?

$170pw, $179k. Sounds pretty normal. Though the fact that they don't even have a photo of the property..........

That's what I mean...also a 3 year lease! It's also a 3x2 which make it cheap I believe.
