Any advice on Narangba

Ho Experts,
thinking to buy a new development at Narangba and price range is between 350-380 and land area is very small (315-350SQM). These are all clasified as NRAS properties.
Wants your opinion on this before i made a commitment...

Regards
Velli

I just had a quick look on RealEstate.com and the first property that popped up was a 4/2/2 on 600m2 for $339k.

That would probably answer the question.

gee, its not the block size that puts u off is it, I mean 300 sqm on Bourke ST Wooloomooloo and youd jump at 350 k :)

Hi Rolf and Propertunity,
Thanks for your advice. I thought on the same lines but being a Sydney sider, thought of getting advice from the experts.

Velli

Cashflow might be enticing but just consider how your capital growth is going to look 10 years from now compared to cheaper established houses on considerably larger and better placed blocks of land.
