Hi all - I own a property in Albion (Sunshine) Victoria and am looking to knock over the existing property and put up a couple of 3br double story townhouses.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully done this (especially in the area) and would be happy to recommend the draftsman/architects/builders they used.
