Anybody know of a good property manager in Brunswick/Brunswick West ?

I've just finished being a tenant in a property that Faye manages. We had no issues with her and if I was buying an IP in the area I'd have no hesitation in using her.
Of course we were dream tenants, no damage, always paid the rent on time, etc. The house was re-let within days of us vacating it.
However, one thing I would say about Barry Plant Northcote is that they don't accept BPay for rent. They only changed that in the final month I was a tenant, but I find that a little annoying.

Ive found Barry Plant Brunswick to be fantastic....
I've got Jessica looking after my properties.
I had one with Nelson Alexander who were hopeless and never got my rent on time... Never sent me inspection reports either...
She always replies to my emails, returns phone calls etc.... I find her to be very polite yet knowledgeable... and she always allows me to make my own decision but advises me either way...
If you find a good property manager- stick with them...
