We received an invitation for an hour's free financial assessment with a company called Ark Total Wealth. The invitation came after attending a seminar, the invitation of which came from our current estate agent. The seminar was basically about how it is better to rent than live in your own home if you are in a city like Sydney, provided you purchase investment property/shares or have other investment strategies in place, as mortgage repayments on a primary home without tax benefits are just too dear.
