Anyone heard of these guys?

I am thinking of selling a property or 2 through these guys - has anyone had any experience with them? i recently sold a property through an agent and had a good experience but still cost me over 10k so thinking of saving some cash this time around.

Essentially you do the open home yourself and they do the negotiating and follow up for you - there are a number of options but this is essentially the one i would be interested in. Any positive or negative experiences or heard stories about them?

bad model imo. the agent doing the ofi's should be doing the negotiating.

eg.
mrs smith turns up to ofi. agent has seen mrs smith at other opens and knows what she is looking for and can sell the features she is interested in. mrs smith spends 15 mins at open three times as long as others - knows she interested in your place. can also read mrs smith's body language and emotions. may know her budget.
