Anyone interested in Hans Jakobi Home Study Investment Course

I have been asked by a friend to try and get rid of a Hans Jakobi home study course.

It comes with all the books and cds.

Apparently it was purchased for around $2,400.

I will find out how many books and cd's there are, but would anyone be interested to buy it second hand?

If there is any interest, I will ask my friend to provide a full table of contents list.

It got them on the right path and now they have a few properties underneath their belt.

Discusses Cashflow positive, financing and what structure to buy in.

Apparently, there are a fair few dvd's and cousre work.

But I would think you could get similar advice through research and networking?

Could be good for people who don't have time to trowel the net and learn the good old fashioned way.
